Mullies take pride in being an industry leader in premium marine services, with over three decades of experience in delivering exceptional service relating to boat salvage (commercial diving), customised boat building, restoration and repairs for fibreglass, timber, and aluminium vessels.

About the role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Manager / Shipwrights, Fibreglass Laminators to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. Your day-to-day duties will be varied, but may include:

Management duties:
Fibreglass construction, repair, and modification
Wooden vessel construction, repair, and modification
Custom fit-out work
Gel coat repair
Internal and external outfitting and marine engineering
On-water boat salvage (depending on candidate qualifications)
General boat maintenance

The ideal candidate will have the following:
Experience in management (Industry preferred but not required)
A love for boats, a sense of humour and the ability to work well in a team
Current VIC drivers’ licence
Technical skills and practical knowledge of boats
Experience in vessel and structural repairs and restoration
Fibreglass experience (desirable)
Wooden boat building experience (desirable)
Forklift licence and construction white card (desirable)
Eye for detail and the ability to work to deadlines
